ok so this will be quick… i am grossly over weight… well yeah but..well anyways. my BP was 166/117 at its highest point today… went to the New 9 health fair…and got the life scared in to me. I have to do some serious life style changing in order to stick around this place a little bit longer.
I love my foods, love my laziness! i’ll admit it… i’ve known its that sinful side of life that we so often overlook. but today it finally hit me as i thought my ministry here at Faith Community, my dear friends and family, and my beautiful girlfriend whom i would like to spend more time with than just a year or so before i kill over!
I want to be healthy not just for me but for them! this maybe the best motivation yet! so prayers and encouragement would be nice as i embark on this life style change! thanks everyone
